Pods are shared calendar groups. When you create a Pod, you become the Owner with full administrative rights. You may invite others and assign roles:

PodIt uses artificial intelligence to process voice commands and provide scheduling assistance. By using these features, you acknowledge:

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by PodIt and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use such feedback without compensation or attribution.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis, not as a class action.
Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed according to our Privacy Policy.
